Prepare all commercial and transport documentation (packing list and commercial invoice) required for exporting goods;
2.
Depending on the type of goods, ensure that the necessary certification/documentation is available;
3.
Prepare the declaration for free circulation and consumption (import clearance) in the customs process in Portugal;
4.
Confirm that your company has EORI (Economic Operator Registration Number) and is authorized to import.
